The practice is represented by the following departmental "teams," with each guided by a departmental supervisor:

Clinical: The Clinical team consists of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners, Physician Assistants, and Clinical Supervisors.

Diagnostic Center: The Diagnostic Center teams include Nuclear Technologists, Echo Technicians, Vascular Technicians, Registered Nurses, Stress Technicians, Medical Assistants, and an Ancillary Services Manager.

General Office Support: The Office Support teams include Receptionists, Reception Supervisor, Medical Records Specialists, Transcriptionists, Clerical Support personnel, and Health Information Management Supervisor.

Insurance/Billing: The Insurance team consists of Insurance and Accounts Receivable Specialists, and Patient Accounts Supervisor.

The Quality Assurance and Coding Department: Is comprised of Coding and Preauthorization Specialists.

Administrative: The Administrative team is led by the Practice Administrator and includes a Financial Accountant, Human Resources Coordinator, IT Coordinator, and Compliance Officer.
