Sonal Patel works with Electrophysiologist Dr. Mark Kovach. She attended the University of Iowa and received her Bachelors in Engineering for Biomedical Engineering in 2005. She furthered her education at Midwestern University graduating in 2007 with her Masters in Medical Science for Physician Assistant Studies. Her previous work experience includes working as a Physician Assistant in Family Medicine at Community Health Care in Davenport.
Sonal is certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants, Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants and Iowa Physician Assistant Society.
Sonal's professional interests include arrhythmia management, device therapy and heart disease. In her free time she enjoys reading, yoga and softball.
