Dr. Dippel was born in Clinton, Iowa. He grew up in Bettendorf and graduated from Northwestern University with departmental honors and a B.S. in BioMedical Engineering. He completed his Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Iowa with his Cardiology Fellowship completed at the University of Kansas. He completed his Advanced Fellowship in Coronary and Peripheral Endovascular Intervention at the Ohio Heart Center and University of Cincinnati.

He is a member of the American College of Cardiologists, American College of Physicians, American Hospital Association, and American Medical Association.

Dr. Dippel joined Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C. on August 14, 2000. He is board certified in Cardiovascular Disease and Interventional Cardiology. He is licensed in both Iowa and Illinois and is available for outpatient consultation and follow-up visits at the Davenport East Rusholme and Clinton locations. He has staff privileges at Genesis Medical Centers and Trinity Medical Centers.

Dr. Dippel has presented scientific papers and lectured at national meetings, has published articles, and is interested in clinical research.

He enjoys spending time with his family, golfing, and outdoor activities and is interested in photography.
