Wired for Life is a support group formed to reduce the isolation and anxiety associated with having an ICD. By providing up-to-date research and educational topics, persons with decreased heart function can learn to conquer the fear of ICD shock, reduce risk, and develop healthy lifestyle choices, thus improving quality as well as quantity of life.
