***Please watch this short video that explains how a Telehealth doctor visit works and what you will need to have prepared for your doctor visit.
From the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, CVM has been committed to protecting the safety and health of our Patients, Providers, and Staff. Over the past months we have implemented measures consistent with this commitment. We closely follow the recommendations of the CDC, state officials and Expert Medical Professionals modifying our processes accordingly. At this time, we support:
-
· All staff, patients, and visitors consistently and appropriately wearing masks when in a CVM facility or building
-
· Screening of staff, patients and visitors
-
· The ability to social distance when possible
-
· Expedited care to limit patient exposure within the office setting
-
· Adjustments to Outreach Clinic Schedules
-
· Focusing our Office Based Services to Patients with Urgent Needs/High Risk
-
· Provide Telephone/Telehealth opportunities to provide care to our patients from their homes
We thank everyone for their patience and understanding as we navigate these difficult times together.
