Advanced Practice Provider - Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to support an Electrophysiology/Cardiology Practice. This Part-Time .5 NP opportunity is within a large, well-established cardiology practice. Cardiac Experience a must. Job Responsibilities Include utilization of advanced nursing skills to appropriately assess, educate, evaluate, diagnose and implement treatment plan for cardiac patients. Care delivery will include but not be limited to daily inpatient rounds, performance and dictation of history and physicals, and ability to hold independent office clinics. Will work in outpatient and inpatient settings.
RN / LPN / EMT-Paramedic – Pacemaker/Device Specialist - Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C. is seeking a Part-time EMT - Paramedic or Licensed Practical Nurse as a Pacemaker/Device Specialist to assess, plan, educate, and implement the care of our patients in the Device Clinic. This position facilitates positive patient outcomes by performing device analysis, troubleshooting device abnormalities, and utilizing knowledge of EKG and device functions. Responsibilities include in-office device interrogation, arrhythmia identification and limited patient assessments, processing and scheduling remote device checks, telephone triage of incoming calls to the device clinic, communication of test results with patients, patient test follow-up, and assisting in data management for the clinic patients. Includes up to 20% local travel to multiple CVM clinic sites. Qualified candidates must be credentialed as a Licensed Practical Nurse, EMT-P, or possess other type of educational background with strong clinical and technical skills including EKG rhythm identification, multi-tasking, and have exceptional customer service and teamwork skills!! Also requires valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
RN / LPN - Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C. is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse / Licensed Practical Nurse in the Moline office. Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, managing an assigned physician's practice, by providing support through coordinating his/her schedule, scheduling tests/procedures for patients, manage incoming/outgoing phone calls, and responding to requests for medication refills, prior authorizations, sample requests, and patient assistant programs. This position will also be responsible for learning, and utilizing the Electronic Medical Records system for effective documentation in patient charts. The RN/LPN will need to assess and prepare any incoming mail for the physician's review, and complete incoming FMLA and disability forms promptly.

Clinical Support Medical Assistant - Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C. has full-time Clinical Support opportunities available for a Certified Medical Assistant in our Davenport and Moline offices. Duties include providing clinical support to physicians in the practice by managing phone calls, scheduling tests and procedures, providing patient education and coordinating the physicians' schedules. Eligible candidates must have Medical Assistant experience with active NCMA, CMA (AAMA), or RMA credentials. Customer Call Center Representative - Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C. is seeking a Customer Call Center Representative in the Davenport Office! This position is responsible for processing internal and external phone calls to include; scheduling appointments for new and established patients, taking messages or paging when indicated, and answering questions regarding CVM’s general procedures, maintaining physician and clinic schedules, processing patient records in practice management system, and performing follow up of Phone Tree appointment reminder and recall reminder calls.
Informatics Support Specialist - Cardiovascular Medicine, P.C. is looking for full-time Informatics Support Professional for our Moline Office. This position supports the Informatics Department and is responsible for a variety of duties including medical records requests, scanning and indexing records, proof-reading office documentation, faxing, sorting, and distributing mail and faxes to the appropriate staff.
