Echo Technologist – Full-time opportunity for an Echo Technologist in the Diagnostics department of our Davenport and Moline Offices, with a great no- nights or weekends schedule! Responsibilities for this position includes performing adult echocardiography, contrast and saline bubble studies, exercise and dobutamine stress echocardiography. Qualified candidates are able to perform echocardiography according to established protocols and accreditation standards, placing emphasis on the quality of the procedure, contribute to preparation for ICAEL accreditation, attend quality improvement meetings, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications include: Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS) from American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or Registered Cardiac Sonographer (RCS) from Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Valid driver license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required.
Certified Medical Assistant - Full-time opportunity for Certified Medical Assistants in our Davenport and Moline offices. Responsibilities include preparing patients for appointments by collecting the patient's weight, vitals, EKG, medical history and refilling prescriptions, patient education, scheduling diagnostics tests and procedures, and maintaining electronic medical records for all patients. RN / LPN - Full-time opportunity for a Licensed Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse in the Moline office. Responsibilities for this position include managing an assigned physician's practice, by providing support through coordinating his/her schedule, scheduling tests/procedures for patients, manage incoming/outgoing phone calls, and responding to requests for medication refills, prior authorizations, sample requests, and patient assistant programs. This position will also be responsible for learning, and utilizing the Electronic Medical Records system for effective documentation in patient charts, assessing and preparing any incoming mail for the physician's review, completing incoming FMLA and disability forms promptly, and other duties as assigned. Registered Nurse, Office-Based Lab – PRN, full-time and part-time opportunities for Registered Nurses in our office-based procedural labs. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, this role contributes professional nursing knowledge and maintains a practice environment that reflects the ANA Code for Nurses. The registered nurse provides care pre-procedure, intra-procedure and post-procedure for specialized interventional procedures in a circulator, supply, and scrub role. Moderate sedation is administered by the nurse during specialized interventional procedures under the direct supervision of physician. Qualifications include: Graduate of an accredited program for Registered Nurse, current Registered Nurse license in Iowa and Illinois, BCLS, ACLS, Procedural Sedation certification, valid driver’s license and insurance, and minimum two years of moderate sedation experience within the last 5 years are required. Minimum 4 years of Cardiac experience, with 12 lead ECG interpretation skills preferred. Cardiac Cath lab or Interventional radiology experience preferred. Registered Radiologic Technologist, Office-Based Lab – PRN, full-time and part-time opportunities for Registered Radiologic Technologists in our office-based procedural labs. As a member of the interdisciplinary team, this role contributes professional Registered Radiologic Technologist knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients undergoing invasive interventional procedures. Individual will perform tasks of considerable difficulty in the technical procedures of applying prescribed ionizing radiation to produce diagnostic radiographs during interventional procedures, daily supply management and scrub role. Qualifications include: Graduate of an accredited Radiologic Science program that is recognized by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists, current registration and in good standing with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists as a Radiographer, permits to practice as a Radiologic Technologist in Iowa and Illinois, BLS, ACLS, valid driver’s license and insurance are required. Medical Coding Specialist - Full-time opportunity for a coder in our Patient Accounts department in our Davenport office. This position assumes CPT and ICD-10 coding responsibilities to third party payors for the services rendered by CVM Providers and reviews Provider dictations for level of care and assists with Provider education for proper documentation (E/M reviews). Coding certification preferred but not required. Non-certified coders should possess at least 1 year of relevant experience.
