Jordyn Werderitch works with Interventional Cardiologist Dr. Sanjeev Puri. Her prior clinical experience includes 1.5 years as a Nurse Practitioner for the Kidney and Transplant Program at the Medical College of Wisconsin and Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital, 1 year as a clinical instructor and 4.5 years as an RN in Critical Care. Jordyn also went on a medical mission trip to Haiti in 2019 with her team providing care to over 1200 patients in five days. ​ Jordyn attended the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2015. She furthered her education at Marquette University receiving her Master of Science in Nursing in 2019. ​ Jordyn is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as an Adult Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner. ​ Jordyn is a Quad City native who moved back to the area from Milwaukee in 2020. Her professional interests include geriatrics, cardiac risk factor management, and patient education. Jordyn’s personal interests include spending time with family, exercising, and boating on the Mississippi River in the summer.
