Our Advanced
Practitioners
Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants assist our Physicians in providing the best care for patients with heart failure, heart attacks, angina, cardiac, and vein diseases as permitted by their licensure.
Lindsey Bollaert
MSN, APN, FNP-C
Lindsey Bollaert works exclusively with Cardiologist Dr. Param Singh. Her prior clinical experience includes seven years as a nurse in the Emergency Department and two years as a nurse practitioner in a family practice.
Lindsey attended Trinity College of Nursing where she earned her Associates of Science degree. She attended the University of Wisconsin, graduating with her Bachelor of Arts. Lindsey furthered her education by attending the University of Illinois-Chicago, receiving her Master of Science in Nursing in 2016.
Lindsey is Board Certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She is a member of the American Nurses Association and the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
Lindsey's professional interests include Cardiology and Emergency Medicine.
She enjoys college football, the Chicago Cubs, and spending time with her family and friends, including her dog, Bentley.
